Safety is very important to us, and we are keen to ensure that everyone can enjoy their sailing without undue risk.

Every member contributes to safety by ensuring their boats are well maitained and securely rigged, and all members are required to undertake two days of duty in the season manning the safety boat.

The club has two RIB’s that serve for safety and race officer duties. A safety boat crew is on duty from 10:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season.
